A successful strategy starts with understanding what your customer wants, what stands in their way, and what they're willing to do to get the result. From there, that insight shapes the whole growth system: traffic that acquires customers inside your economics, a funnel that converts more of the traffic you already paid for, and LTV that makes every customer worth more over time. The stronger these three layers work together, the more room you have to grow without sacrificing profitability. The video below walks through that exact system, step by step — the way we run it for client brands.
Free Strategy CallThe exact process our clients pay for — free, in 20 minutes. Nothing held back.
Usually, three things are happening at the same time.
You increase the ad budget. Revenue goes up — and CPA goes up with it. Every next level of growth becomes more expensive than the previous one, and the margin quietly absorbs the difference.
All the pressure sits on paid acquisition. The website converts what it converts, the first order ends the relationship, and ads are asked to carry the entire growth target by themselves.
More creatives, a new offer, another landing page, more emails. Each fix helps for a while — but they are not connected by the same economics, so none of it compounds.

ASK A QUESTION
What exactly is the Growth Assessment?
A structured review of your whole growth system — traffic, funnel and LTV. We look at how efficiently you acquire customers, how much of that traffic your store converts, and what a customer becomes worth after the first purchase, then show you which constraint we would attack first and why.
When will we see the first results?
The validation stage produces real market feedback within the first 2-3 weeks: which communication angles the market responds to and at what CPA. The compounding effect — funnel, creatives and retention reinforcing each other — builds over the following 2-3 months.
How is this different from just running more ads?
Ads are one lever of three. We connect acquisition, conversion and LTV around the same unit economics: research defines what to say, paid traffic validates it, the funnel continues the winning message after the click, and retention raises what every acquired customer is worth. That combination creates room to scale that media buying alone cannot.
What do you need from us to start?
A 60-minute briefing session to go deep on the product, margins, AOV and repeat behavior, plus access to your ad accounts, analytics and store. From there, research, unit economics and the first hypotheses are on us.
What budget does the validation stage require?
Our rule of thumb is three to four times your target CPA per communication angle, and we usually test three to five angles. So with a $50 target CPA, expect roughly $150-200 per angle before we make a call. We define the exact boundaries together with your unit economics before anything launches.
What happens if the first hypotheses don't win?
That is a normal part of the process, not a failure of it. We go back to the research, challenge the assumptions, formulate a new set of hypotheses and validate again — the budget spent still bought real market information that narrows the next round.
Can you implement the changes on our website?
Yes. We have an in-house development team, so product page updates, popups, landing pages, advertorials and tracking work get done by us rather than handed back to you.
How do you measure success?
Against the economic boundaries we define upfront: target CPA, break-even and target ROAS, and the contribution each layer makes. Supporting metrics — CTR, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate — explain why performance moves; the economics decide whether it works.
Do you work only with Shopify stores?
Shopify and Shopify Plus are our home turf, and most of our processes are built around the platform. We also take on other ecommerce platforms when the fit is right.
Is this for new stores?
Honestly, no. The process is built for brands that already have validated products, consistent sales and traffic — but where every next level of growth is getting more expensive. If you are still looking for your first sales, this system is more than you need right now.
What other services do you offer?
The GTM strategy connects our four execution services: paid social, paid search, retention marketing and SEO. Each can run standalone, but they compound when they share the same strategy.
How often will I receive reports?
You will have access to real-time dashboards and weekly meetings to discuss results, with monthly planning sessions that turn the longer trends into the next set of priorities.
